Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on hiring and HR operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Hiring: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Utilise various sourcing methods (e g, job boards, social media, networking) to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations: Provide support in employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Assist in organising training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Participate in employee recognition programs and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions as needed. Manage HR documentation, ensuring that all files are up-to-date, accurate, and securely stored. Assist with payroll administration by providing necessary employee information. Support the HR team with various administrative and IT tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on recruitment and HR operations. Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes. Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. High level of confidentiality and integrity.
