Operational Excellence Analysts support the implementation and improvement of operational processes within an organization. Responsibilities may include assisting with process mapping and documentation, data analysis, identifying areas for improvement, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They may assist in the development and implementation of HR operational excellence frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance.
