HR onboarding

Description

We are looking for an HR Onboarding Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the job market context in India and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute onboarding plans for new hires
• Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure all necessary paperwork and processes are completed on time
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to ensure they have a clear understanding of our company culture, policies, and procedures
• Handle all pre-employment checks such as background verification, reference checks, etc.
• Track and report onboarding metrics to the HR Manager
• Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with local and national laws

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in HR onboarding or related field
• Good understanding of the job market context in India
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and other onboarding tools
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India
