Education

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Beauty Parlor/Saloon/Spa
  • Must have previous experience in working in Hr department
  • Must have previous experience in handling large workforce

Responsibilities & Context

  • Must stay inside factory premises
  • Manage employee records like their attendance and time off
  • Keep track of employee paperwork and help answer any questions
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new hires
