Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • HR Duties:
Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
  • Handle employee onboarding, training, and development.
Maintain employee records and manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Office Administration Duties: Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Skills Required:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

This role is essential for maintaining efficient office operations and fostering a positive work environment.

  • 00 - 20,000.00 per month
