This is a full-time on-site role for an HR professional located in Chennai. As an HR professional, you will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience with recruitment processes and employee onboarding
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
