We are looking for a HR executive with 0-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the Indian job market and be well-versed with the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals
• Conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating with the hiring manager for further rounds
• Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other necessary documents
• Assisting in onboarding and induction of new employees
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Assisting in performance management and employee engagement activities
• Conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth exit of employees

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in HR
• Good understanding of the Indian job market and hiring process
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
