Job Description

HR Function:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Help with employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Marketing Function:
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Contribute to content creation for social media, blog posts, and newsletters.
  • Support market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help manage and update the company s website and social media channels.
  • Assist with organizing and promoting events and webinars.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in both HR and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and marketing strategies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR or marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR software or marketing tools is an advantage.
