Role: Operations Intern (HR, Marketing)

Location: Mumbai (Dadar)

FactWise is a fully funded, early-stage b2b SaaS startup offering solutions to a global client base. The flagship product is an end-to-end S2P solution designed to transform procurement for product manufacturing companies across industries. Our singular focus is to create a truly distinctive procurement platform that delights users and provides sustainable positive impact to the organizations we serve. We achieve this by providing transparency and insights to leaders, streamlining and automating processes to improve efficiency, and driving bottom-line impact by unlocking savings potential.

FactWise received funding from a US-based VC, and we are currently deploying our MVP to initial clients. With exciting sales conversations in advanced stages across Europe, US, India markets, we have strong relations with leading VC rms and a great journey ahead. Our core team has members from MIT, Stanford, McKinsey, Amazon US, and wed love to be joined by passionate, hardworking self-starters looking to align their growth journey with ours.

Responsibilities

HR:

1. As part of the HR team, you will participate in our recruitment efforts by researching and generating lists of top talent. Work closely with the team to screen and interview candidates, managing all associated communication and documentation to ensure smooth onboarding of new team members.
2. Work with the HR team to maintain, track, and manage employee data and documents. Together, we'll ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
3. You will be representing FactWise at top universities, engaging with students and faculty to build relationships and attract top talent through campus recruitment drives. The whole team will support you in these efforts.
4. Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by effectively onboarding them across different levels of experience. Provide a comprehensive introduction to our company culture and policies, collaborating with colleagues to make new team members feel welcome.
5. Participate in assessment evaluation and rubrics, optimizing the process for selecting talent.

Operations and Marketing:

1. As an Ops Intern, it is crucial for you to understand B2B SaaS and collaborate with the team to create content that effectively communicates the benefits of our product across various marketing channels.

2. You will work closely with the team to plan and execute web, SEO/SEM (Research and analysis), database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

3. Collaborate on business development initiatives like researching industry trends and analyzing market data to develop value propositions and generate ideas for marketing communications.

Requirements

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, human resources, management or a related field
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong creative abilities
• Proficiency with productivity tools: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
• Ability to conduct thorough research, analyze data, and draw meaningful insights to inform marketing strategies and HR initiatives

Nice-to-haves:

• Strong communication, adaptability and interpersonal skills
• Solid analytical and data management skills with an ability to define and evaluate metrics
• Being a part of the start-up ecosystem environments that are fast-paced, dynamic, and operate with a joint ownership model
