Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR professional at Market Hub. The HR professional will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing all aspects of human resources. This role will involve day-to-day tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Experience in HR management and policy development
- Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation
- Ability to effectively manage personnel and handle employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks
- Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
