Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager
  • Company: Red Fort PPE Industries Pvt Ltd
  • Reports to: Managing Director
  • Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the HR department to deliver maximum value to the organization and its employees.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate and conduct campus placement drives.
Onboarding and Induction:
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
Conduct HR induction sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and benefits.
  • Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances and issues promptly.
Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention strategies.
  • Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance appraisals and development plans.
Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and organize training sessions to improve employee skills and performance.
Plan and execute professional development programs to support continuous learning.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Implement employee rewards and recognition programs to boost morale and engagement.
Compliance and Legal:
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, legal requirements, and regulations.
Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
  • HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage HR budgets and plan for future HR needs.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
  • Handle the complete employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring smooth transitions at each stage.
Other Duties:
  • Assist in managing trademarks and protecting intellectual property.
Develop communication plans and coordinate marketing events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Handle various logistical tasks, including audits, leave, and attendance management.
