Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Recruitment HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in human resources with a focus on IT recruitment. The IT Recruitment HR Manager will be responsible for managing various HR functions related to IT staffing, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies specifically for IT roles to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the hiring process for IT positions.
- Collaborate with IT department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new IT employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process for departing IT employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for IT employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
- Address and resolve IT employee conflicts and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture within the IT department.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes for IT staff.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to IT employees.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs for IT employees.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the IT department.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures specifically for IT roles.
- Maintain IT employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs for IT employees.
- Conduct salary benchmarking for IT roles and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Administer IT employee benefits programs and handle related queries.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for IT employees.
- Promote professional development opportunities and career growth within the IT department.
- HR Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare and present HR reports and metrics related to IT recruitment and staffing to senior management.
- Use data analytics to identify trends and make informed HR decisions for the IT department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources management with a focus on IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and IT recruitment strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Experience in conflict resolution and performance management.
- Familiarity with technical roles and IT industry trends.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with regular office hours.
- May require occasional travel for recruitment events or training sessions.
