Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at Uniwood located in Kochi. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits administration, and HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will also provide support and guidance to employees and managers, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Extensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in HRIS and MS Office suite
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
