Job Description

  • Driving initiatives that help with a positive company culture and building a family spirit
  • Improving our employee retention initiatives and work to a lower attrition rate also lead a program for proactive check point with team members
  • Executing recruitment strategies to support company business growth
  • Managing Payroll and benefits for our team members
  • Leading the performance management process
  • Continuing to improve employee relations and address grievances, or other issues
  • Managing trainings programs and certifications including Unify University
  • Aiding the company to automate HR processes through software programs.
Qualifications
  • Master s Degree in Human Resources or MBA.
  • Proficient with Office 365/ Microsoft 365.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager.
  • Experience working with an HR Software
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English language.
