Open Position: HR Manager / HR Leader
Currently we are looking to appoint an HR Manager / HR Leader for our contact center in Navi-Mumbai (Mahape) location to head the HR team, overlooking all HR activities including but not limited to; recruitment, onboarding & training, performance management, payroll management, employee management, compliance & legal matters, compensation & benefits, employee relations, reporting & analytics, talent development Etc.
Requirements And Skills
- Minimum qualification - Graduate degree (Specialization in HR preferred).
- Minimum experience - 2 years on paper experience as HR Manager or HR supervisory role in contact center specializing in sales (Experience in call center operations is a must).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Responsibilities Include
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process (recruitment life cycle).
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Salary From 35,000 - 45,000 Per Month In-Hand (Depending on Last Drawn Salary, Experience, Qualification & Interview salary will be negotiable).
- Salary finalization is subject to successful verification of previously drawn salary.
- Employment confirmation is subject to successful verification of previous employment.
Shift Timing -
9:30am to 6:30pm (Monday to Friday- Work from Office only).
9:30am to 3:30pm (Saturday)
Sunday fixed off.
Candidate Requirement - Immediate Joiners only (No more than 15 days), residing either in Navi-Mumbai, Thane, Chembur to Kurla.
