Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, providing guidance on employee development and goal setting.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits administration, and ensure competitive salary offerings.
- Policy Development: Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and report on key HR initiatives and outcomes.
- Workplace Culture: Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the organizations values and objectives, promoting employee engagement and retention.
