- End to end recruitment and complete employee Life Cycle.
- Initial rounds of Interviews of certain applicants.
- Contact references and perform background checks.
- Conduct new employee orientations.
- Finalizing job description and KRAs.
- Performance monitoring and appraisal.
- Maintaining and recording all data.
- Making, reviewing, communicating and implementing policies & processes.
- Should be very energetic, multitasking and having good communication & interpersonal Skills.
- Might be required to frequently travel (not applicable for female candidates) to site locations across India to resolve administrative issues and also implement policies.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and other standard Computer applications and internet.
- Administration, office management, negotiating and controlling AMCs, purchasing office consumables/ assets etc.
- Insurances negotiation/monitoring of contracts/assets/persons.
