Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive plans and policies related to employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety.
Formulate and execute strategies for performance evaluations, staffing, training, and employee development.
Supervise HR personnel and provide expert guidance and support.
Oversee all HR activities, initiatives, systems, and strategic operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and liaise with labor unions.
Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and manage all activities within the HR department.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures.
Address grievances and enforce disciplinary actions as necessary.
Analyze HR data and prepare reports for the board and senior management using HR metrics.
Participate in executive, management, and company-wide meetings, as well as relevant seminars and workshops.
Communicate and coordinate with external service providers, including those involved in housing, transport, and insurance.
Develop and implement programs and policies designed to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.
Create policies to address and reduce absenteeism and employee turnover. Requirements:
Lead talent acquisition change initiatives at both strategic and operational levels.
Demonstrated experience in managing a recruitment team with a robust understanding of talent acquisition.
Proven ability to make decisions with both strategic foresight and tactical precision.
Exceptional interpersonal and motivational skills, with a capacity to build effective relationships across the organization.
Enhance talent sourcing capabilities by optimizing direct hiring practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports to evaluate complex information.
