Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR Manager to join our client(kerala's largest broadband industry) in Thrissur, Kerala, India. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 7 to 10 years of senior-level HR experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the HR services industry
  • Thorough knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and labor laws
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
  • Managing the performance appraisal process and providing guidance and support to managers in addressing performance-related issues
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Monitoring and managing employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Handling employee relations, including handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Managing and resolving conflicts within the organization
  • Maintaining employee records and HR data in a confidential and secure manner
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs
