Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection of candidates.- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, and provide effective resolutions.
- Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and goal setting.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.- Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.- Collaborate with management to support organizational change and employee engagement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
