We are seeking an HR_Payroll Specialist to bridge the gap between our sales and human resources teams. This role will focus on recruiting, training, and developing our sales team, while also providing HR support to drive business growth.
Calculating employee and employer tax amounts
- Filing of weekly, monthly, and quarterly tax returns and reporting
Reconciliation of payroll tax deductions with the general ledger- Monitoring of legislative changes
Incorporation of legislative changes into the HRIS and payroll system
Preparing and handing out tax certificates for employees- Handling tax-related employee queries
- 5+ years of experience in payroll/compliance or a related field
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field
