SaveLIFE Foundation (SLF) is on a mission to save lives on roads across India. Since 2012, over 1.5 million people have been killed in road crashes in India and close to 5 million have been left seriously injured or permanently disabled. Besides the insurmountable emotional trauma that thousands of families must suffer each year, road crashes deal a crushing economic blow to many families.

SLF is a fast-growing, specialised organisation with a proven track record of delivering large-scale impact. We are best known for getting India its Good Samaritan Law and developing the Zero-Fatality Corridor solution to transform dangerous highways into safe ways. We are registered as a not-for-profit organisation to ensure complete mission alignment.

Over the last 15 years, we have built unique strengths in areas such as forensic investigation of crashes, data analytics and predictive modelling, safety design and engineering, public policy formulation, and strategic communication and training. Role and Responsibilities

The HR Manager Talent Acquisition at SaveLIFE Foundation will have the unique opportunity to drive a people strategy that attracts, nurtures, and retains top talent From developing innovative recruitment strategies to creating an exceptional candidate experience, you will be instrumental in bringing the best and brightest into our organization and empowering them to make a tangible impact.

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and values.
  • Recruitment Process: Lead the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing and hiring.
  • Branding: Work closely with the Communications team to enhance organization's brand to attract top talent, promoting SaveLIFE Foundation as an employer of choice.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Onboarding: Design and manage an effective onboarding program that contributes to high performing teams.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various touchpoints for current and future hiring needs.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Connect and hire a diverse set of individuals through understanding and valuing different backgrounds.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with the leadership team to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exit Formalities: Manage the exit process for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition and capturing feedback for continuous improvement.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with appropriate qualifications.
  • Proven action-oriented leader of the HR function with the ability to operate effectively in both strategic and hands-on environments.
  • Prior experience building and developing HR systems in a high-growth, high-performance, and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and people management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in learning and development, performance management, talent development, recruiting, and organizational development.
  • Expertise in HR systems and workflows, benefits programs, employment laws, and other relevant subject matters.
