Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for all HR operations and functions, including staff recruiting, training management, performance management, C&B management, employment contract management and employee relationship.
Deploy regional HR programs including implementing global programs and projects.
Follow and implement the regional HR strategies, processes, and projects timely and effectively.
Develop new policies and revise existing policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Administer Human Resources policies, procedures, standards, and government regulations. Acts as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations.
Work with employees and managers closely to counsel, investigate and resolve employee concerns as needed.
Implement all recruitment processes, ensure timely recruitment rate and completion rate.
Ensure effective onboarding for new hires, conduct new employee orientations and training to ensure employees gain an understanding of Company programs, procedures, and policies.
Conduct exit interviews, control turnover rate, and handle all employee labor disputes.
Conduct monthly payroll calculation, oversee payroll-process, and ensure smooth process with payroll.
Coordinate annual benefits and handle on-going benefits administration.
Administer and oversee wage and salary programs to include hourly and merit planning, job descriptions, performance reviews and organization charts.
Conduct HRIS and HR self-audits help assure data integrity in both UKG and local HR system.
Complete monthly and annual HR reports to include HR Metrics and update of HR Continuous Improvements
Lead and coordinate various HR & company and employee relations events, initiatives, and projects.
Develop annual budget planning, review ongoing controlling of HR cost.
Other duties and responsibilities appointed by line manager.
Qualifications/Education Requirements:
10+ years experience in Human Resources, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment.
5+ years management experience.
Familiar with local labor laws.
Team player with ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with employees at all levels of the organization.
Self-directed, flexible and ability to effectively prioritize.
Motivated and proactive, Strong process orientation and attention to detail
Must demonstrate a high level of integrity, confidentiality and commitment.
The ability to research, analyze and reason logically within tight and conflicting timeframes.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ultipro HRIS experience a plus.
Fluent in both written and verbal English.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Education Requirements:
Master's or bachelor's degree in human resources is required.
