Job Description

Position: Senior HR Executive

Location: Gurugram, Haryana [5 days Onsite]

Experience: 4+ years in Human Resources with proven experience in establishing HR functions from the ground up.

Budget: 5 to 7 LPA

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior HR Executive to build the HR function from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional with a passion for creating robust HR systems, processes, and policies.   • HR Department Setup
  • Establish the HR function, processes, and team structure to align with business goals
  • Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks that reflect organizational values
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define hiring plans and build high-performing teams
  • Develop strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Create programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development
  • Design competitive CTC packages, including salary structures, allowances, and incentives
  • Manage leave policies, benefits programs, and compliance with statutory requirements
  • Build a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's vision and values
  • Develop training programs and initiatives to support employee growth and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Develop HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to track and improve processes
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in HR
  • Proven experience in building HR functions from scratch in a growing organization
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employee benefits, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
