Experience: 4+ years in Human Resources with proven experience in establishing HR functions from the ground up.

- HR Department Setup
- Establish the HR function, processes, and team structure to align with business goals
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks that reflect organizational values
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define hiring plans and build high-performing teams
- Develop strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Create programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development
- Design competitive CTC packages, including salary structures, allowances, and incentives
- Manage leave policies, benefits programs, and compliance with statutory requirements
- Build a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's vision and values
- Develop training programs and initiatives to support employee growth and productivity
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Develop HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to track and improve processes
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in HR
- Proven experience in building HR functions from scratch in a growing organization
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employee benefits, and compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
