Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager

Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in the Human Resource department, with a proven track record of success. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
  • Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and development
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in the Human Resource department, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
