The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the manufacturing company. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and other HR functions. The HR Manager will work closely with the management team to ensure a positive and productive work environment that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
- Manage onboarding processes and orientation programs for new hires.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Promote employee engagement and retention through various initiatives and programs.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans and career development.
- Analyze performance data and recommend strategies for improvement.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Coordinate with external training providers or conduct in-house training sessions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
Compliance and Policy Development:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation trends to ensure competitiveness.
- Oversee benefits administration and employee welfare programs.
Health and Safety:
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to ensure a safe working environment.
Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
- HR Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.- Monitor key HR metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement.
MBA HR- 5-10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing company
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: 9,- 07 - 40,000.00 per month
