Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of payroll processes and be able to provide valuable insights for improving our HR operations. Additionally, this role will involve testing and providing feedback on our in-house HR software to ensure it meets the needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company policies.
  • HR Software Testing: Test in-house HR software to ensure it meets operational requirements. Identify bugs, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the development team for software enhancements.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current payroll and HR processes, provide suggestions for improvement, and implement best practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure payroll activities comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll and HR-related reports, providing insights to management for decision-making.
  • Training: Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of payroll systems and in-house HR software.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries related to payroll and HR software, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update payroll and HR process documentation to reflect changes and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR with a strong focus on payroll management.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge in testing and providing feedback on HR software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations related to payroll.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing or upgrading HRIS systems.
  • Certification in payroll management or HR software testing.

Pay: 16,677.67 - 58,795.31 per month

  • Professional in Human Resources (Preferred)

Work Location: currently remote but soon office will start in kharghar or Belapur

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 16,731.63 - 58,804.34 per month
