- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and benefits administration
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including researching and recommending changes to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements
- Develop and manage HR budget, including forecasting staffing needs and managing HR expenses
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, including benefit providers, recruiters, and training providers
