Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at ProptechBuzz. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in understanding and promoting ProptechBuzz offerings, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills to pitch, present, and demo to a global audience primarily in the US and UK markets. This is a remote role that offers a good growth ladder and flexible timings.
Responsibilities:
- Understand ProptechBuzz Offerings: Gain in-depth knowledge of ProptechBuzz products, services, and platform offerings.
- Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and demos to showcase ProptechBuzz solutions to a global audience, focusing on US and UK markets.
- Cold Emails and Reach Outs: Craft effective cold emails, outreach messages, and communication strategies to engage potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the proptech industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports, metrics, and KPIs to track business development efforts and performance.
