PAYROLL & LEAVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
- Preparing monthly salary data of employees based on attendance and leaves data.
Responsible for monthly payroll processing for all employees on the roles.- Tracking the attendance of all the employees on monthly basis.
Handling Employee Payroll queries
- Full & final settlement of exit employees.
STATUTORY & LEGAL COMPLIANCE:
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing for all employees on the roles.
Tracking the attendance of all the employees on monthly basis.- Preparation of Monthly PF, ESI and PT challans and Payments.
Generation of PF and ESIC IP numbers New Joiners in employer portal.
- Taking care of issues related to PF & ESIC.
Handling all the statutory compliance related to Shops and Establishment Act.
Other HR Related activities, supporting the HR Manager in day-to-day operations of HR Functions.
MBA or any equivalent degree is mandatory.- 4-5 exp of similar experience in Payroll Management, Statutory compliance is must.
Good communication skills.
- Computer skills and working knowledge in HRMS tools (GreytHR, Keka).
Should be a good team player and be able to work under pressure.

Pay: 30,- 00 - 35,000.00 per month
