Assistant HR Manager - Operations

Borivali West , Mumbai

- (Monday to Friday)

nReports to: CEO

nKey Responsibilities:
  • nLead efforts to streamline and centralize HR operations for efficient process management.
  • nManage day-to-day employee lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
  • nOversee internal HR systems and databases for accuracy and efficiency.
nOperational Responsibilities:
  • nEnsure timely onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • nManage monthly payroll inputs and maintain records of salary and cost-related data.
  • nDocument and update employee records throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • nMaintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leaves, rosters, and attendance.
  • nAssist in automating HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • nSupport business partnering initiatives aimed at driving employee engagement.
  • nPrepare and issue annual and mid-year salary revision letters.
