nKey Responsibilities:
- nLead efforts to streamline and centralize HR operations for efficient process management.
- nManage day-to-day employee lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
- nOversee internal HR systems and databases for accuracy and efficiency.
nOperational Responsibilities:
- nEnsure timely onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- nManage monthly payroll inputs and maintain records of salary and cost-related data.
- nDocument and update employee records throughout the employment lifecycle.
- nMaintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leaves, rosters, and attendance.
- nAssist in automating HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- nSupport business partnering initiatives aimed at driving employee engagement.
- nPrepare and issue annual and mid-year salary revision letters.
