Hr Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the Indian job market and possess a strong background in all areas of HR management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in HR management
• Proven experience in managing HR functions such as recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, Master's degree preferred
