Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Manager located in Vadakara. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's strategic goals and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
