Recruits, inteviews, tests & selects employess to fill vacant positions
Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs
Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work related problems.
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employee of the benefits bu studying and assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefit programs to management.
Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions.
Contract with vendors to provide employee services such as food service, transportation or relocation service
Prepare and follow budget for personal operations
Conducting various welfare activities
Handling the full and final statements of the employees
Recording, monitoring and updating attendance
Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivational level of people in the organization
