What you'll do here at Mudrex:
As a member of the People team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the teams to become high performing and growth-centric. Your main focus areas would include: Talent Acquisition, Talent Enablement, Performance Management, Business Partnering
About the role: The Manager/ Senior Manager, People Experience at Mudrex is a talent enablement champion for the team. This role will actively collaborate with business leaders at Mudrex to enhance and strengthen the foundational pillar of our growth and success - talent.
What you will do:
Talent Acquisition -
- Design the hiring strategy for Mudrex in its next chapter of growth
- Actively generate organic sources of pipeline generation for key roles within the company
- Oversee the hiring process and cadence followed by the People Operations team to ensure compliance and a great candidate experience
Talent Enablement -
- Talent Consultant: Play the role of a functional consultant based on your understanding of the business using your subject matter expertise to support informed decision making when it comes to the People of Mudrex
- Talent Partner: Play the role of a strong point of contact for employee grievance handling and resolution by building trust through active listening, establishing strong cadences of communication and building trust by resolving genuine concerns through process and counseling
Performance Management -
- Define and implement a robust performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and improvement plans
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management best practices, offering coaching and development opportunities
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions
- Promote a culture of continuous feedback and improvement through ongoing performance conversations and recognition programs
Business Partnering -
- Set up and conduct regular cadence catch ups with different employees across teams
- Actively collaborate with business leaders to relay information gathered through interactions which can help strengthen their teams collective efforts
- Play an active role in advising and being a strategic thought partner for business leaders
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong understanding of performance management and career development strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives
- Ability to work in a startup environment, think independently, and create scalable processes
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience as an HRBP with focus on hiring and scaling teams
- Experience with Labor laws, compliance and local regulations
- Experience with performance management, reviews, assessments and career development
- Experience in managing and executing payroll
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
