Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related challenges and support their needs.
- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Experience working in the education or technology sector is a plus.
- The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
