Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as HR Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR Department within the organization, including strategic planning, team management, operational efficiency , Succession Planning and Retention Strategies. The HR Manager will play a key role in driving the success and growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy: Drive the HR objective of Individual & Organization alignment in line with Key Business Goals. Work towards enhancing Employee Experience.
  • Employee Engagement: Energise Employee Engagement agenda including Reward &Recognition. Act as employee champion including voicing employees concerns in management meetings. Counsels employees on organizational issues. Create and implement effective internal employee communication forums
  • Talent Acquisition: Owns the TA for the BU, achieve the targets, Recruitment Strategy, Team Mentoring, business escalation mgt. etc
  • Performance Management: Deploy and monitor performance management system for all employees and ensure adherence to the process. Review developmental plans their execution for all employees
  • HR Operations: Manages & Interacts with Business on day-to-day operation pertaining to transfers, promotions, separations, appointments, induction, execution of policies, etc.
  • Talent and Learning Initiatives: Ensure that programs are in line with development needs as per Business needs.
  • HR Programs: Deployment of Corporate Programs Change initiatives. Ensure all practices are within HR compliance limits.
  • Be responsible for compensation and benefits strategy and recommend changes to ensure competitive compensation practices and a motivated workforce.
  • Projects Process Improvements: Keenly review, analyse existing processes and identify avenues of improvements, efficiencies, etc.

Qualifications

  • Masters/Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, with degree preferred in Management, HR, PM & IR or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Atleast 10 years of relevant experience in IT /Saas industry.
  • Experience of handling Global teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Past experience must comply with exposure to all Major operational and strategic HR matters in an organization

Desirable Skills

  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to develop and guide team.
  • Good knowledge of IT recruitment.
  • Knowledge in using HRMS/ ATS etc
  • Planning and sometimes delivering training, including inductions for new staff
  • Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

  • Strong Logical & Analytical skills.
  • Self-Driven & Ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to work in Individual capacity or as team player.
