We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to focus on employee and talent management for our remote team based in India. This role will be crucial in maintaining employee engagement, organizing team events, and managing HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies for our remote team in India
- Organize weekly meetups and quarterly workations to foster team cohesion
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our India-based positions
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement training and development programs
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in managing remote teams and organizing virtual/in-person events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office suite
