Give support to operations management and employees in applying people management related activities in line with Group HR strategy and local HR procedures; Develop and implement high-quality HR processes. Support Management in talent review processes.
Support local management in identifying correct structure and strategy for people management within the company (Organization structure, job content, roles and responsibilities, reporting lines, work levels)
To support the managers in hiring the best talent and provide the new employees a smooth on boarding experience. Develop and implement state-of-the-art selection and recruitment process; Identify clear roles and responsibilities aiming for maximum efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
Promote the internal job market by securing that all jobs within the organization are advertised on the portal and that all employees experience a standardized selection process; Ensure that the candidates receive feedback from the line managers.
To ensure that the people develop in line with the company s mission by defining, organising and facilitating relevant competence development programmes.
To develop, maintain and update competence development based on the company s needs identification process (Competence gap analysis etc.) and participate in employee performance reviews. Develop and implement state-of-the-art performance review and competence development processes in line with The Way We Do Things; Support management in identifying high-potentials and mentoring programs; Conduct exit interview, analyse, and close feedback loop with the managers.
Establishment of employee communication platform to continuously enhance employee relationship. Formulate and drive various employee engagement and retention initiatives (employee survey - INSIGHT, conferences, social events); Check for alignment with Group and Corporate HR initiatives; Check effectiveness of the employee engagement initiatives, conduct surveys and discuss outcomes with respective managers for corrective action plans.

To improve & enhance the HR offering by implementation of best HR practices .
Act as a first point of contact for HR related issues for employees; Lead conflict resolution committee in cases of disciplinary action.
Participate and contribute in the initiatives/ projects from HR Holding including employer branding and training academy, salary development policies; Participate in HR Council; Take lead on some corporate wide initiatives - women-friendly organization, interactions with educational institutions and organize job festivals.
Ensure compliance with employment laws.
Act as a role model and motivate and stimulate the people to act according to the company s values.
