**Job Description:**
As an HR Manager Intern at DevForge Software Solutions, you will assist our HR team in various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. You will have the opportunity to learn about HR best practices and contribute to projects that enhance our workplace culture and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and preparing HR-related documents.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
