Innova Captab Ltd. is a pharmaceutical finished dosage formulation manufacturing and exporting company based in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, India. Established in 2011, we have three state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Baddi. Our units are WHO-GMP certified and specialize in general formulations, cephalosporin formulations, and various other pharmaceutical products. Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Innova Captab Ltd. This is a senior-level position with a focus on providing strategic HR leadership and support to our organization. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. This is a full-time position based in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • MBA HR
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an HR management role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
  • Proven track record in performance management and employee relations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR software

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives
  • Manage recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
  • Oversee employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Manage and develop training initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and devise strategies for talent acquisition and retention
  • Conduct HR-related investigations and recommend appropriate actions
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management
