The HR Manager at IMTS Institute will lead and manage the Human Resources department to ensure effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's objectives.
- Align HR policies and practices with the overall business strategy of IMTS Institute.
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
- Enhance the employer brand to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations and Support:
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Ensure that performance management practices are fair, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as necessary.
- Support career development and succession planning.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, benefits enrollment, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- HR Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate HR records and reports.
- HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and organizational changes.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Partner with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Organizational Culture and Development:
- Promote and nurture a positive organizational culture that reflects the values and mission of IMTS Institute.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Master's degree in HR & HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HR Analytics) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
