Job Summary:

IILM University is looking for tech savvy Senior Manager HR for its campus at Delhi. An ideal candidate would have extensive experience on HR Processes, SOPs and would have worked on a Digital HR Management system.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Well versed with HRMS, Payroll and compliances like Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, Maternity Act, and Payment of gratuity Act etc.

2. Responsible for maintaining a Digital Employee database System.

3. Responsible for HR processes including, recruitment, on boarding background verification, and performance management etc.

Eligibility:

The applicant should possess a Master's degree in HR with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
