As a sole HR & Admin Manager, you will oversee the 70+ people employee team and help the team ensure policies and practices are as per directions from General Manager(s) and HR Manual. You will ensure that there is no man-power shortage and quickly fill positions by finding the right fit effectively. You'll manage the administrative process of our organisation to provide employees with an ethical work experience.
You will also work directly with other members of our HR team in other centres and accounts department locally and at Head Office in Melbourne Australia.
Actively manage recruitment, hiring process and onboarding process without the need of approaching consultancies
Actively and directly handle leave and attendance and ensure payroll pay schedule is followed
Lead and train staff on HR policy manual to cultivate a disciplined workspace
Ensure all HR transactions are recorded and documented
Monitor job performance of employees and aid in career path development
Make sure our organisation complies with HR labour laws and regulations
Create a smooth onboarding process as well as employee termination process
Delegate & Handle General Admin responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager
Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
At least 5 years of HR Managerial experience
A bachelor's degree in business management with Human Resources as a subject
An understanding of labour laws, rules, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communications skills in English
Years of experience in recruitment understanding recruitment portals , charges, recruitment process, budget, systematic recruitment etc
General understanding of Payroll and HR software's and MS Office
General Administrative skills, data processing and reporting
