Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Lead the recruitment process for Tech roles, Business, Operations, and other key positions.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
HR Operations:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Coordinate with vendors for the implementation and management of HRMS software.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage payroll in collaboration with the finance team.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Plan and execute office celebrations, employee engagement activities, and other events that promote a positive workplace culture.
Develop and implement employee welfare programs, including performance management, training, and development initiatives.
Address employee queries and grievances, fostering an open and supportive work environment.
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with vendors and service providers for HR-related tools and services.
Ensure timely and efficient communication and problem-solving with external partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using HRMS software and other HR tools.
