Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 8-10 years of comprehensive HR generalist experience, with background in manufacturing or pharma factory environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing HR operations, enhancing employee relations, and driving strategic HR initiatives that support our organizational growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process across various functions, ensuring effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates that align with our organizational needs.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing conflict resolution, and promoting effective communication throughout the organization.
- Grievance Management: Implement and manage grievance handling processes to ensure employee concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, conduct employee appraisals, and support career development initiatives.
- HR Strategy: Formulate and execute HR strategies that enhance overall operational efficiency and employee satisfaction across all departments, with a keen understanding of unique challenges in manufacturing.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation planning and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures for all employees.
- Payroll Management: Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation for all staff, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Training & Development: Design and implement training programs that address organizational needs, including compliance, skill development, and leadership training.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies across all functions, with particular attention to those relevant to manufacturing and pharma sectors.
- Health & Safety: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain and enhance workplace health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience: 8-10 years of HR management experience, with a focus on generalist activities; experience in manufacturing or pharma environments is beneficial.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations applicable across various industries, including manufacturing and pharma.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations, grievance handling, and performance issues effectively.
