Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager - Hospitality. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources in the hospitality sector. This includes recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and development
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management
