Looking for HR Manager from Hotel Background only(This is for Chain of Restaurants).- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for various positions within the restaurant.
Conduct thorough and effective interviews, reference checks, and background screenings to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into their roles and are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to wage and hour laws, anti-discrimination laws, and health and safety regulations.- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including topics such as customer service, food safety, and leadership development.
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, time and attendance records, and training records.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of HR policies and practices within the restaurant.
