Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver HR data-related solutions to meet business needs..
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging HR data management, reporting, and analytics technologies.
- Provide strategic direction to the HR leadership team on HR data management.
- Handling the complete Recruitment Life Cycle - preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, campus recruitment handling, and onboarding.
- Handling Onboarding which includes maintaining MIS, documentation, Induction, issuing Letters, communicating HR policy, etc.
- Conducting Training sessions throughout the year to enhance employees confidence and overall personality.
- Employee Engagement like domestic tours, annual day celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, farewells, festivals celebrations, etc.
- Handling employees grievances and counseling them.
- Policymaking and documentation.
- Exit Formalities like exit interviews, full and final settlement, handling queries regarding auto transfer, and issuing relieving and experience letters.
- Handling other functions like appraisal, policy amendments from time to time, administration work, and Event management coordination.
- Conducting Strategic, Tactical, and operational meetings from time to time
Preferred Candidate
Graduate with MBA in HR
Experience in IT/ITES Sector
Knowledge of HR business processes
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Good knowledge of making documents and company policies.
Demonstrable leadership abilities.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Experience - 5 to 13 yrs
