Job Description:

As HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy development. You will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing guidance and expertise on HR matters and initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by shaping HR strategies that support our business objectives and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives and culture.
  • Lead the recruitment and talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Manage HR metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators and assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
